About The Role

Reporting directly to the CMO, the Director of Demand Generation is a senior, hands-on leader who owns the full demand engine — strategy and execution. You will build and run integrated, multi-channel programs that generate measurable pipeline across our North American market, with direct ownership of digital marketing, inbound pipeline creation, and account-based experience programs tailored to our industrial ICP segments.

This is not a purely strategic role. We're looking for someone who can architect the demand framework and roll up their sleeves to operate it — writing campaign briefs, managing paid channels, building nurture flows, and pulling per
