Voyago is hiring a Full Time Charter Specialist in Kitchener-Waterloo!

As the first point of contact for many clients, you will provide exceptional customer service while gathering trip

details, preparing quotes, confirming bookings, and ensuring all logistics are accurately communicated and

executed. You'll also assist with generating reports, tracking charter activity, and collaborating with the Business

Development and Marketing teams to promote services and develop innovative solutions for client inquiries.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering seamless experiences to clients from

initial inquiry to trip completion.

Your role:

• Manage and coordinate all incoming charter requests, ensuring accurate scheduling, routing, and
• documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and timely

• Prepare and submit bids for new charter opportunities, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with
• company policies
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure resources, drivers, and vehicles are allocated efficiently
