About the team
The Commerce Engineer team is the support and engine of the VTEX Sales Team. The team seeks to guide and find scalable solutions for our potential customers. The team is trained and prepared to define the project scope, technical proposal, and pricing to reinforce the Sales team approach.Your main responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with large enterprise clients, ensuring consistent and high-level communication.

*This role requires you to be based in Barcelona, and to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday–Thursday), with remote work on Fridays.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Deeply understand client needs, proposing tailored projects and solutions that drive their business outcomes.
- Proactively monitor the use of our products and services, identifying areas for improvement and value creation.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in adopting best practices to maximize the return on VTEX solutions.
