Director of Growth Marketing
VTS is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to be the core driver of our unified GTM motion, working in close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You've built a growth motion from the ground up before, and you know how to set direction while staying close enough to the work to execute it yourself.
You'll own the integrated campaigns and how we bring them to market, translating that into what goes out through our own marketing channels (owned and paid). You'll work closely with sales and revenue operations to make sure the right message, content, and actions show up throughout the entire GTM funnel, moving target accounts from unaware to aware to actively engaged, and measuring what actually matters.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll work alongside a strong marketing team and set the strategic direction for growth while remaining hands-on, using AI and other tools to prototype ideas, test messaging, and explore new channels and activations before scaling them.
