Job Description

We are looking for a transformational technology and business systems leader who is passionate about building the operational foundation that powers one of the fastest-growing apparel brands in the world. As the Global Director, Enterprise Solutions – Operations, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the platforms that enable Vuori's Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Sales Operations and Enterprise Operations teams at a global scale. Partnering closely with business and technology leaders, you will drive innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation across a rapidly expanding international business. This is a highly visible leadership role that will shape how Vuori scales its operations, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and supports continued growth around the world. 

What you'll get to do:

• Work collaboratively with our Director of Enterprise Solutions- Finance to build and develop a high-performing team of business analysts. 
• Help to define and lead the global technology strategy, roadmap, and execution for Operational business functions including Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and Sales Operations.  
• Partner with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve scalability, and enable growth through technology and automation.  
• Help to own or implement the portfolio of enterprise applications supporting operational functions, including ERP, transportation, OMS, procurement, and adjacent platforms.  
• Help lead large-scale transformation initiatives, system implementations, and global rollouts that improve operational efficiency and business performance.  
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Operations, Product, Logistics, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver integrated business solutions.  
• Establish technology governance, solution architecture standards, and operational support models that ensure stability, scalability, and long-term value.  
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and technology investments while ensuring successful delivery against business objectives, timelines, and budgets. 

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent years of experience preferred. 
• 12+ years of experience leading enterprise technology, business systems, or digital transformation initiatives.  
• 7+ years of people leadership experience developing and managing high-performing teams.  
• Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations technology solutions.  
• Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems, including ERP, OMS, TMS, procurement, and integration platforms.  
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and align technology investments with business strategy.  
• Experience managing global ERP roll outs preferred 
• Consumer products, retail, or apparel experience are strongly preferred. 
• Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O experience preferred.

The salary range for this role is $181,200 per year - $242,550 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
