Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and energetic north star, who will prioritize collaboration, listening, and clarity regardless of audience. Reporting to the VP of Strategy, the Sr. Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing our enterprise strategy to win in a competitive marketplace and key functional strategies, with a particular focus on market & competitive tracking, apparel strategy, pricing strategy, retail experience strategies, and annual enterprise planning. Specifically, the Strategy Manager will support strategy creation through a robust situational assessment of consumer, competitive, and market insights, sizing new growth opportunities, driving to business implications, and establishing clear strategic frameworks to enable prioritization and clear strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, is comfortable asking “why?”, and brings an understanding of the apparel industry and DTC business models, exceptional analytical and consumer insight skills, and a proven track record in contributing to growth strategies that create impact. This person will naturally exhibit excellent collaboration and communication skills and can roll up their sleeves alongside business partners to solve a strategic problem.
What you'll get to do:
- Design the annual strategic planning process with key leadership touchpoints
- Build our 5-year customer model, sizing key levers and ensuring we have strategies to drive impact
- Design an enterprise planning framework to focus our leadership on key enterprise imperatives & track quarterly results
- Partner with key product & channel SVP+ leaders to develop key strategies & track learnings and impact
- Deign consumer, competitive, and financial insights needed to complete a strategic situational assessment, the key first step of strategy development
- Analize our consumer & competitive tools to track our market performance & competitor moves as part of our quarterly business review
- Build price elasticity modelling for different pricing outcomes
Qualifications

- Experience with the strategic process from situational assessments to action plans
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data, draw actionable insights, and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Full knowledge of MS Office required including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong communication, research, presentation and creative skills.
- Strong understanding of AI to drive work efficiency
- 3+ years in Management Consulting or 5+ years of in-house corporate strategy functions
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred or equivalent years of experience

The salary range for this role is $148,000 per year - $190,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
