Manage the full accounts payable cycle - invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment processing to ensure all payments are made on time; own vendor communications and resolve billing or payment issues. Assist with accounts receivable. Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including the close calendar and task tracking. Support and maintain the monthly consolidation schedules. Prepare analytics and supporting schedules for the month-end close review. Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and reclassifications. Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances. Assist with audit preparation, including supporting schedules and documentation. Help maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
