To learn more visit: www.waabi.ai You will… Partner with the Training Manager to design, develop, and update technical learning materials, SOPs, job aids, interactive modules, and assessment using established instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). Directly conduct new-hire onboarding for Vehicle Operators, executing the full training curriculum from classroom instruction through field certification. Deliver structured instruction across all VO and FS phases. Administer JJ Keller compliance modules, Mixed Reality Training (MRT) scenarios, and driving assessments as directed by the Training Manager. Guide VO trainees to meet all proficiency thresholds. Conduct routine ridealongs and provide immediate, constructive, and documented feedback using the VO performance scale.
