Job Description

What will your typical day look like?  

• Assembles Fin & Tubes to headers, swage tubes, spotface tubes, pressure check, sometimes weld, and wash core assembly

  As a Production Operator, you will follow specified work instructions and/or engineering parts drawings to assemble a wide variety of products. You will be responsible for the quality of your work, and meeting production standards. You will continually look for ways to improve our production processes and make Safety your #1 priority every day. 

   

  What do we want to know about you?  

• High School Graduate or GED. 

• 1+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment. 

• Must possess the ability to use tools and equipment that are needed to perform the assembly operations in an industrial setting. 

• Must have good listening and communication skills. 

• Able to work well with others to be a good team player.

  What will your typical day look like?  

   

• Assemble or disassemble on a production line. You may be asked to assist or train in multiple work cells. 

• Follow specified work instructions to assemble and test as required. 

• Follow applicable procedures 

• Keep work area clean and in order 

• Follow all company Safety procedures and guidelines 

• Report malfunction of equipment and process deviations to appropriate personnel. 

• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles.  The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration.  The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
• The employee frequently is required to work at varies heights from a step ladder, mobile or fixed ladder, or scaffold platforms. 

Additional Information

The hourly rate for this role is in the range of $22.00 - $24.00 per hour.

The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
