AI Solutions Analyst

Wachter is looking for someone who can sit down with a team, understand how the work really gets done, and then build the solution. Not scope it, not route it to a vendor, build it. This role is based on site, at our headquarters in Lenexa, Kansas.  This is a hybrid business analyst and developer role. You'll spend part of your week with people in Operations, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, HR, IT, executives and the field, and the rest of it building internal applications, workflow automations, and integrations across the platforms that run our business. Claude writes most of the code here. Claude Code is the primary tool you'll build with, working alongside VS Code, Xcode, and the rest of a normal development toolchain, and we use the full Claude suite across the business. You'll move through the full lifecycle on your projects, from requirements and design through build, testing, deployment, and support, partnering with software developers, business analysts, DevOps, security, and IT operations teams along the way.   How to stand out: tell us about something you built with AI tooling, what problem it solved, and what you'd do differently the second time.
