Contract Manager 12th Circuit

SUMMARY: 

As a member of the Walden Security Federal Services Division (FSD), the highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager for each USMS Circuit specified under this contract will provide contract administration and ensure the District is conforming to the contract requirements. The CM shall also oversee and manage all the security operations performed by the CSOs/LCSOs/DS.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure quality of services and supplies.
• Ensure timeliness of all deliverables and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with all Government reporting requirements, a business-like concern for the interests of the Government, quality control, and management of key personnel.
• The CM shall have the ability and authority to make decisions on behalf of the company, particularly on personnel-related issues.
• The CM shall have authority to supervise all individuals working under this contract.
• The CM shall provide DS services during a vacancy.
• The CM shall be available to the Government on a 24-hour basis to ensure Contractor response in the event of an emergency or other exigent circumstance.&
