Field Compliance Officer - Multiple Sites

SUMMARY

• Provides consistent field-level oversight across assigned facilities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, General Orders, Post Orders, contract requirements, training standards, and established operational requirements. Conducts routine site visits, inspections, and compliance evaluations; identifies deficiencies; provides guidance and support to supervisory personnel; and coordinates corrective actions with the Account Manager. Serves as an intermediary between Account Managers and Site Supervisors to promote consistent implementation of requirements across all assigned locations. Maintains accurate documentation of inspections, compliance evaluations, deficiencies, and corrective actions in accordance with established quality assurance requirements.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides functional oversight and compliance guidance to supervisory personnel assigned to facilities. Monitors operational performance and compliance across assigned locations and provides management with information regarding the status of posts, personnel, training, documentation, and adherence to requirements.
