Marketing Data Management Intern

Location: 3701 Arco Corporate Drive, Suite 225, Charlotte, NC 28273 Department: Marketing Reports To: Director of Strategic Pursuits Internship Starts: January 2027   Position Summary Walker Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Data Management Intern to support the integrity and organization of project data across our business systems. This role is responsible for reviewing project documents, extracting key information, and accurately entering project records into Deltek Vantagepoint. In addition to maintaining project data within Deltek, the intern will assist in validating that project information is accurately synchronized to OpenAsset, the firm's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. OpenAsset serves as a critical resource for project fact sheets, employee resumes, qualifications packages, proposals, and other business development and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working with large volumes of information while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and consistency.   Key Responsibilities Project Data Management Review proposals, contracts, project authorizations, and other project-related PDF documents. Extract key project information and enter project records into Deltek VantagePoint. Verify project data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
