RED HOT INBOUND APPLICANTS

Around 80% of your time is in scheduled consultations with applicants who came to us. They attended a full session about the programme and asked to speak with an advisor. No cold outreach and no list building.

The other 20% is following up with applicants still deciding, confirming appointments so people attend, and handling the questions that arrive between calls.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective students, typically 20 to 35 minutes.

Assess background, goals and readiness, and advise honestly on fit, including when it is not the right time for someone.

Explain tuition and payment options clearly.

Handle objections with care, including cost, timing, family and confidence.

Stay in contact with undecided applicants until they reach a decis
