Consultancy: Mercer Evaluation Consultant

War Child Alliance is undertaking an organizational review and strengthening of its global job architecture, role clarity, and reward framework to support organizational effectiveness, consistency, transparency, and sustainable workforce planning.

War Child seeks an experienced consultant to review and update and create job descriptions and evaluate all existing and created job profiles using Mercer International Position Evaluation (IPE). The assignment covers roles across all War Child countries.

The consultant will work closely with the HR Project Specialist, in collaboration with the existing consultant, country HR teams and relevant stakeholders, to ensure that all roles that are reviewed and created are unified and evaluated consistently, objectively, and in alignment with organizational design principles and sector practice.
