Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will design, build, and enhance our customer-facing portal and related web experiences, delivering features and improvements that bring direct value to our users. You will focus on the portal’s user interface, responsive interfaces, workflows, and integrations, working closely with the backend and platform teams. When the product direction includes intelligent features, you will help bring AI-assisted experiences into the portal (for example, integrating AI-powered APIs, copilot-style features, or machine learning–driven insights), with attention to usability, reliability, and performance. You are also expected to use AI-assisted development tools as part of your day-to-day work, responsibly and in line with team standards, to improve productivity, explore solutions, and ship quality code faster. Key Responsibilities Gather requirements, design, develop, test, and ship portal features while collaborating in a dynamic and results-driven environment. Lead and contribute to portal development using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, including component architecture, state management, routing, and integration with REST or GraphQL APIs.
