About the Program Brazil’s Young Apprentice Program (Jovem Aprendiz) helps young people start their careers while they study. At WatchGuard, our apprentices spend all their program hours at the SENAI school in Santa Rita do Sapucaí. They do not work at our office. A Day in the Life You will study 4 hours a day at SENAI Santa Rita do Sapucaí and build skills for the industrial job market. Course Options Morning: Industrial Management Afternoon: Production Planning and Control Assistant What We Offer *A formal apprenticeship employment contract. *Hourly salary, based on the minimum wage. *All rights required by Brazilian labor law. *Transportation voucher, if you need it. *A full professional course at SENAI, a respected technical school. Who Can Apply Young people between 16 and 22 years old. If you have not finished high school, you must be enrolled and attending school. You must be able to attend classes in person in Santa Rita do Sapucaí/MG. Key Details Classes start on January 4, 2027. The contract follows the SENAI course, from January to December 2027 and in-person attendance is mandatory.
