Position Summary
Watchmaker Genomics is inviting applications for an on-site, full-time ERP Application Engineer based in our Boulder office. This position reports to the ERP Enterprise Solution Engineer in Cape Town and is the primary local ERP support resource for Boulder users. The role provides hands-on application support, helps users execute approved business processes and ensures operational issues are resolved quickly or escalated with clear business context.
The position also captures new business use cases and requirements arising from daily operations, NPD and customer-specific needs, translates them into clear business requirements, and works with the Cape Town ERP Enterprise Solution Engineer for technical design and implementation.
