Who We Are:

Muniworth is an innovative SaaS startup dedicated to municipal financial forecasting, empowering local governments to optimize budgeting and strategic financial planning. We are currently building a machine learning (ML) and AI team to develop internal tooling, enhance our web applications, and create customized solutions for our municipal clients. If you're passionate about leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP), ML, and AI to drive impactful real-world solutions, Muniworth offers a perfect learning environment.

Who You Are:

You're a curious, motivated Computer Science student with exposure to NLP, ML, and AI concepts. You value writing robust, type-safe code, and you're interested in modelling real-world domains precisely. You're eager to join a collaborative team where you'll have significant opportunities to contribute meaningfully. Confident yet eager to learn, you're excited to take on responsibilities and grow alongside experienced developers.

What You'll Do:

• Support the design, build, and deployment of data processing pipelines and infrastructure by leveraging NLP, ML, LLMs and AI.
• Write type-safe, maintainable code following software engineering best practices - while this is a co-op role, you should be motivated to create readable, well-structured solutions that support collaborative development.
