[WEBTOON] Associate Visual Designer

WEBTOON Entertainment adaptations are available on Netflix, Prime Video, Crunchyroll, and other screens around the world, and the company’s content partners include Discord, HYBE, and DC Comics, among many others. We're looking for an exceptional Associate Visual Designer to join our international creative team, helping shape how audiences discover and engage with WEBTOON across platform, social, paid media, and real-world touchpoints. This role owns IP branding and key visual assets — including Key Visual, Cover, Title Artwork, and Logo — across our WEBTOON services (Global WEBTOON, NAVER WEBTOON, Series, and more), while also driving high-impact, performance-driven design for marketing campaigns that attract new audiences and deepen engagement with existing fans across channels. We're seeking a detail-oriented, trend-aware designer who is a strong problem solver and can operate both autonomously and collaboratively. The ideal candidate brings strong visual fundamentals and understands how to translate creative concepts and series IP into compelling, audience-first design that performs. They are able to balance regional nuance with global appeal, ensuring work resonates across diverse markets while contributing to scalable creative output.
