As a Creator Operations Strategist, you will support WEBTOON’s efforts to grow, and manage relationships with its creator community who have partnerships with our external business. Reporting to the Director, Creator Management, you will manage an assigned portfolio of creators while also supporting broader initiatives that strengthen the creator experience and help scale the Creator Management function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends creator relationship management, operations, data-driven strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
