Autonomous Shuttle Support Specialist

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Autonomous Shuttle Attendant to support daily operations for an on-demand autonomous ride-hailing service. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for riders by ensuring safe, efficient, and welcoming transportation experiences.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly communicative, safety-oriented, and experienced in customer-facing environments. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage service disruptions with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold a safety-first, inclusive, and open-communication culture
• Greet passengers and provide a warm, welcoming rider experience
• Authenticate riders using badge scanning systems
• Coordinate and hail autonomous vehicles between locations
• Communicate with cross-functional operations teams through Slack and vehicle communication channels
• Perform light crowd control and assist with rider flow management
• Provide timely service updates and disruption communications
• Assist passengers during service interruptions or emergency situations
• Follow operational protocols and procedures accurately
