About the team

The Financial Risk team is responsible for protecting Wealthsimple and its clients from fraud while enabling safe, fast, and scalable money movement. We own the Decision Platform — a real-time rules engine that processes streaming data to make fraud decisions across every major payment rail — as well as the tooling and automations that power fraud investigation workflows, transaction decisioning, account restrict
