This opportunity is open exclusively to Year 12 students at The Elms Academy who attended the assembly on 24th September 2026.
Weatherbys is pleased to offer a Year 12 Insight Day for students who are curious about the world of work and would like to learn more about careers within banking and financial services.
The day is designed to provide a practical introduction to the world of work and will give students the opportunity to:
- Learn more about the banking and financial services sector
- Meet colleagues from across the business and understand the wide variety of roles available
- Gain an insight into the skills and behaviours employers value
- Take part in workplace discussions and interactive activities
- Explore future career options, including internships, apprenticeships and graduate opportunities
- Build confidence and develop an understanding of professional working environments
