Virtual Assistant - Technical Operations

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in operations management to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, including customer POs, EDI orders, inventory allocation, shipping, delivery, invoicing, and issue resolution;
• Coordinate logistics across carriers, 3PLs, warehouses, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, while identifying opportunities to reduce freight costs;
• Manage inventory, demand forecasting, production planning, and purchasing for finished goods, ingredients, and packaging;
• Manage supplier relationships and POs, including pricing, MOQs, lead times, and delivery requirements;
• Analyze COGS, landed costs, freight, pricing, margins, inventory, and other operational data to support business decisions;
• Build and maintain forecasts, financial models, and reporting for management;
• Support accounting operations including AP/AR, inventory accounting, POs, invoice matching, and reconciliations;
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve workflows, analyze data, automate repetitive tasks, and solve operational probl
