We’re seeking a Director, Sales to lead our core Inside Sales team and drive revenue growth, deepen customer relationships, and expand our reach within the veterinary community. In this role, you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on coaching to help representatives deliver consultative, technology-enabled solutions through Wedgewood’s compounding services and Blue Rabbit’s technology offerings.
What you’ll do:

Develop and execute short- and long-term inside sales strategies aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and career development.

Coach representatives to identify customer needs, conduct effective discovery conversations, and present tailored solutions that deliver a differentiated customer experience.
