What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2+ years of professional experience in technology, financial services, fintech, digital transformation, product, data, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the intersection of banking, technology, data, and digital innovation.
- Good understanding of financial services, banking products, customer journeys, or technology-enabled business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to complex challenges.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Exposure to AI, data analytics, automation, cloud technologies, digital platforms, or modern software engineering is an advantage.
