The role is suited for a professional with strong experience in the automotive industry and a deep understanding of product development, quality, reliability, and customer-focused engineering. You will contribute to initiatives that support the growth of electric vehicle platforms while maintaining high standards of product performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and delivery of electric mobility and automotive products.
- Support product development initiatives across relevant stages of the automotive product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and service teams to achieve product objectives.
- Drive initiatives focused on product quality, reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Review product requirements, specifications, technical documentation, and quality standards.
- Identify potential product risks, reliability concerns, and areas for improvement.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for product and field-related issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Contribute to product validation, testing, quality improvement, and readiness activities.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support implementation of processes and practices that improve product reliability and manufacturing quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners where required to address product and quality requirements.
- Contribute to the development of scalable processes for growing EV product portfolios.
- Ensure relevant product activities remain aligned with applicable automotive quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse customer and field feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Prepare technical reports, project updates, analysis, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging EV technologies, automotive engineering practices, quality methodologies, and mobility trends.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 6+ years of professional experience in the automotive, electric mobility, vehicle engineering, product development, quality, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and electric vehicle ecosystem.
- Experience working on automotive or EV product development and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of product quality, reliability, validation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and business teams.
