Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business and operational initiatives related to technology-enabled supply chain and commerce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support timely execution of assigned activities.
- Assist in improving processes related to sourcing, distribution, fulfilment, and business operations.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to track tasks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution.
- Analyse operational or business information and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, documentation, and relevant business data.
- Support the implementation and adoption of technology-driven processes and tools.
- Monitor assigned activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure business requirements are met.
- Assist in identifying operational challenges and work with relevant teams toward practical solutions.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on improving efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on open requirements.
- Support ongoing projects, process enhancements, and other business initiatives as required.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ years of professional experience in a business, operations, technology, supply chain, commerce, or related environment.
- Strong interest in technology-enabled business and supply chain operations.
