We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Skin Clinic Manager cum Skin Counsellor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a dermatology and aesthetic clinic while providing professional skin consultation and counselling to clients.
The role combines clinic management, patient counselling, treatment coordination, team supervision, and business support. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic treatments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients while ensuring smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient experiences.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dermatology and aesthetic clinic.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, treatment schedules, follow-ups, and patient flow.
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns.
- Explain dermatology, cosmetology, laser, hair, and aesthetic treatments in a clear and professional manner.
- Counsel clients on suitable treatment plans based on the doctor's recommendations and clinical requirements. <
