We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of production-grade voice AI deployments. This role combines customer discovery, technical solution design, hands-on engineering, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
The ideal candidate should be highly comfortable working directly with customers, translating business workflows into technical solutions, and building reliable integrations in fast-moving production environments.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery and workflow mapping to understand business requirements and operational processes.
- Design and implement technical solutions for production voice AI deployments.
- Build and maintain API integrations with customer systems and third-party services.
- Develop simulations and prototypes to validate workflows and solution performance.
- Manage deployments from initial implementation through production launch.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance and reliability.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful adoption.
