We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Head โ Engineering & Utilities to lead the complete Engineering and Utilities function at a large-scale manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective operation of critical plant utilities, engineering infrastructure, and related systems.
This is a high-ownership leadership position requiring strong technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving capabilities, engineering project experience, and the ability to lead internal teams and external service partners. The role will play a critical part in improving plant reliability, energy and water efficiency, infrastructure performance, and overall operational excellence.
