We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head HR to lead the organisationโs human resources function and build scalable people practices aligned with business growth. The role will have broad responsibility across HR strategy, compliance, policy, employee relations, talent management, organisational development, compensation, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in building and managing HR functions within complex and growing organisations, with particular strength in HR compliance, policy development, governance, and ESOP administration. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong business understanding, sound judgement, and the ability to partner effectively with leadership and employees.
