We are looking for an experienced Head of People โ India to lead the people strategy, HR operations, and organisational development agenda for a growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru.
The role combines strategic HR Business Partnering, GCC people leadership, talent management, organisational design, employee engagement, workforce planning, and culture development. The ideal candidate will be a senior HR leader who can partner closely with business and global leadership while also driving strong execution across the India organisation.
You will play a critical role in building a high-performing organisation, aligning people strategy with business priorities, and creating scalable HR practices that support growth, leadership development, and long-term organisational effectiveness.
