As a Lead Specialist โ SSM, you will take ownership of end-to-end insurance and reinsurance servicing activities across placement and claims processes. You will review business requirements, coordinate documentation, manage transaction processing, monitor quality, and ensure that all relevant information is accurately captured in internal systems.
The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies, assess information critically, and ensure that transactions meet client requirements and established quality standards. You will coordinate closely with cedents, underwriters, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth transaction workflows.
You will also support continuous improvement of operational processes by identifying quality gaps, following best practices, maintaining appropriate documentation, and contributing to compliance and quality objectives. The role may involve visits to insurer and client offices as required.
