The role requires a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and management reporting, along with the ability to oversee financial operations, strengthen controls, drive business performance, and support critical decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership, commercial understanding, and the ability to manage complex financial functions in a dynamic business environment.
