We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Legal Associate with 2+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Law, and Contract Law. The role will involve supporting a broad range of corporate transactions, commercial matters, contract drafting and review, legal due diligence, and corporate advisory activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and drafting skills, sound commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively on complex and time-sensitive matters. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and transaction teams to provide practical legal support while ensuring that business activities remain appropriately structured and compliant.
