We are looking for an experienced and proactive Corporate Travel & MICE Professional to manage and deliver corporate travel programs, conferences, incentive tours, offsites, and business events across domestic and international destinations.

The role requires strong expertise in corporate travel coordination, MICE operations, vendor management, client servicing, and end-to-end event execution. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple travel and event requirements while ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end corporate travel and MICE programs, including conferences, incentive tours, offsites, and corporate events.
  • Understand client requirements and develop customised travel and event solutions.
  • Plan detailed itineraries covering flights, accommodation, transportation, activities, venues, meals, and event requirements.
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, venues, and other travel and event vendors.
  • Source and negotiate competitive rates, packages, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, itineraries, budgets, presentations, and event documentation.
  • Coordinate pre-event planning, confirmations, bookings, logistics, and operational readiness.
  • Manage on-ground execution of conferences, incentive trips, corporate offsites, and other MICE programs.
  • Coordinate airport transfers, hotel check-ins, transportation, event venues, activities, and guest movements.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates throughout the planning and execution process.
  • Monitor program budgets, expenses, supplier payments, and commercial commitments.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, special requests, and last-minute operational issues efficiently.
  • Conduct vendor and venue evaluations to ensure quality, reliability, and value for clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, finance, and client servicing.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, vendor details, client requirements, and event documentation.
  • Gather client feedback after programs and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.
  • Stay updated on new destinations, hotels, venues, travel trends, and MICE opportunities.
  • Ensure all travel and event activities are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and service standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate travel, MICE, travel operations, event management, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing corporate travel, conferences, incentive tours, offsites, and business events.
  • Good understanding of domestic and international travel operations.
  • Strong knowledge of hotels, airlines, transportation, venues, DMCs, and other travel and MICE suppliers.
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation, budgeting, quotation, and commercial management skills.
  • Excellent client servicing and relationship-management abilities.
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and client requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm during last-minute changes or operational challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable coordinating with clients, vendors, internal teams, and international partners.
  • Willingness to travel and support on-ground event execution when required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with travel or event management systems.
