We are looking for an experienced Operations Solution Analyst with 8–12 years of experience in operations, supply chain, warehouse management, and enterprise business systems. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Inventory Management, along with the ability to translate complex operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.

The role will work closely with business stakeholders, warehouse teams, supply chain functions, technology teams, and implementation partners to analyze operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design solutions that enhance efficiency, inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, and overall supply chain performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end warehouse and supply chain processes, including receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and inventory movements.
• Provide functional expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management and support the design, configuration, and optimization of warehouse management solutions.
• Work extensively with MRP processes, including material planning, demand and supply alignment, procurement requirements, production planning, and replenishment.
• Manage and optimize Inventory Management processes to improve stock accuracy, availability, utilization, and working capital.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from operations, supply chain, warehouse, procurement, manufacturing, and other business teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, solution designs, and system requirements.
• Identify gaps between existing processes and desired business outcomes and recommend practical technology-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams, product teams, implementation partners, and vendors during solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Support system configuration, functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production implementation.
• Analyze operational data and system performance to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, inventory discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, process maps, requirement documents, and solution specifications.
• Support root-cause analysis of operational and system issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Participate in process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, scalability, and industry best practices.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant professional experience in operations, supply chain, warehouse management, business analysis, or enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on experience working with warehouse management and inventory processes.
• Strong exposure to MRP and material planning processes.
• Experience translating operational requirements into functional and technology solutions.
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
