We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented India Payroll Manager to take end-to-end ownership of payroll operations and statutory compliance for a growing organisation in Bengaluru.

This is a hands-on role suited for a payroll professional who can independently manage the complete payroll lifecycle, strengthen statutory compliance, resolve existing compliance gaps, and establish robust, audit-ready payroll processes. The ideal candidate will combine strong payroll expertise with excellent attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work effectively with external consultants and service providers.

• Own the complete monthly payroll cycle for approximately 150 employees using Zoho Payroll or a similar payroll platform.
• Process new joiners, salary changes, arrears, deductions, adjustments, and full and final settlements accurately and on time.
• Manage end-to-end EPF and EPFO compliance, including portal activities, filings, payments, and supporting documentation.
• Manage Professional Tax, ESI, and TDS on salaries, ensuring timely p
