The role combines agronomy, crop science, soil fertility, product development, field trials, data analysis, and project management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of crop nutrition and practical experience translating agricultural research and field data into effective product development and commercial solutions.

- Support the development and optimisation of crop nutrition products and solutions.
- Conduct research into crop nutrient requirements, soil conditions, fertility, and nutrient-management practices.
- Design, coordinate, and monitor field trials to evaluate product performance across crops and growing conditions.
- Collect, validate, analyse, and interpret field-trial data to assess product efficacy and performance.
- Develop trial protocols, maintain detailed documentation, and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
