Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to engineering and technology projects across relevant technical domains.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded, VLSI, and IT/Digitalfunctions.
- Support end-to-end project execution from requirements analysis through development, testing, validation, and delivery.
- Analyse technical challenges and develop practical, efficient, and reliable solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, problem-solving sessions, and project planning.
- Ensure assigned deliverables meet defined technical, quality, performance, and project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, reports, and project-related records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to track project activities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
- Contribute to process improvements, engineering best practices, and delivery efficiency.
- Stay updated with relevant technologies, engineering methodologies, tools, and industry practices.
- Support customer interactions and provide technical inputs where required.
- Work effectively across multiple projects, priorities, and technology areas in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, technical mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of professional experience in engineering, IT, technology, product development, or a related technical field.
- Strong technical foundation with experience in one or more engineering or technology domains.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary engineering and IT environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to technical challenges.
- Experience working on customer-facing or enterprise engineering projects is an advantage.
- Good understanding of project execution, technical documentation, testing, validation, and quality processes.
