The role requires strong healthcare domain knowledge, hands-on experience with SaaS implementations, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective product configurations and successful deployments.
You will work closely with healthcare organisations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure solutions are implemented accurately, adopted effectively, and aligned with clinical and operational workflows.
