We are looking for a hands-on and ownership-driven Software Engineer to build, maintain, and enhance production-grade software applications while working closely with clients and technical leadership.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of live systems, troubleshooting production issues, managing integrations, developing proofs of concept, and contributing to new software products. This role is suited for an engineer who enjoys solving real-world problems, working directly with stakeholders, and learning new technologies, including AI and emerging software development tools.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take end-to-end ownership of live web applications, including maintenance, bug fixes, enhancements, testing, and releases.
- Monitor production applications and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system reliability and availability.
- Analyse application problems, identify root causes, and implement effective and sustainable solutions.
- Meet client stakeholders in person to understand requirements, clarify technical challenges, and agree on practical solutions.
- Translate business and client requirements
