What We Offer Our Maintenance Technicians
- Pay: starting at $20/hour | $21/hour (if you are or when you become EPA certified)
- On-call pay:
- $150/week (calls or no calls)
- Additional $150 per holiday on-call
- Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance
