People Specialist (Learning & Development Programs)

***This role requires monthly travel, including 2–3 overnight stays, and a strong preference for living in the State of California near some of our WelbeHealth Centers.

The People Specialist (Assignment: Learning & Development Programs) supports and independently drives learning, leadership development, and team member development initiatives across WelbeHealth. This role serves as a key program partner responsible for helping coordinate, operationalize, iterate, and scale programs such as our New Supervisor Bootcamp, WelbeHealth Rounds learning for all, and other learning experiences that support team member growt
