Scheduling Specialist

WelbeHealth’s PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing medical care and community-based services. The Scheduling Specialist is accountable for coordinating participant care scheduling, including maintaining accurate team member availability for participant appointments. This role also manages cancellations and rescheduling requests, responds to calls and in-person participant needs, notifies participants regarding future appointments, and conducts other administrative tasks as needed.
