Social Work Manager

The WelbeHealth Social Work Manager is accountable for leading the Social Work team and overseeing the effectiveness of social services programs. The Social Work Manager is a member of the leadership team and facilitates collaborative relationships across WelbeHealth.

This role is different because the Social Work Manager at WelbeHealth:

• Acts as an integral member of an IDT rather than working on an island
• Establishes deep relationships with participants on caseload
• Plays a critical role in supporting a growing, mission-driven healthcare organization, ensuring vulnerable seniors feel supported and have access to high-quality care
