THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re hiring a Director of People Operations to join our People team in Spain!
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling and strengthening our People Operations across Europe. You’ll help drive operational excellence, build scalable people processes, and shape how we support our teams across our European offices, all while being part of Wellhub’s exciting growth journey
YOUR IMPACT
- Lead people operations for Europe, overseeing our expanding people operations team
- Design new and improve current People Operations processes & tools to be simple, scalable, and equitable while improving employee experience for Wellhubbers at all functions, levels and locations.
- Partner across People Operations and Insights (POI) team to drive projects focused on improving and automating our processes, while also collaborating with and considering the impact on the larger people team.
- Identify People Operations best practices to standardize and streamline processes as much as possible, ensuring a consistent and equitable experience for Wellhubbers
- Ensure HR compliance with regulations in EU countries where Wellhub operates.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.
WHO YOU ARE
- Fluent English proficiency.
- 8+ years of strategic and/or generalist experience building and leading people operations, including people management tools, systems, process efficiency, reporting and compliance best practices.
- A great people leader: practices a servant-leadership style with a track record of developing talent.
- Data-driven approach.
- Excellent project management skills to design and implement people programs and process
