What We're Looking For

We spend significantly on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, and those platforms optimise only as well as the conversion data we send them. Signal quality is a performance lever for us, not a maintenance task. In this role, you’ll own how conversion events reach every ad network, whether they arrive complete and on time, and whether a change we make actually improves campaign performance.
